These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules governing your use of LenzGallery.com (the "Website") and the purchase and download of digital photography through our platform. By accessing the Website, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept them, you should discontinue your use of the Website.

2. Your account
Browsing is open to everyone. An account is needed to download an image. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep the password to yourself.
3. Credits
Credits are bought in packs and spent on images. Standard costs 1 credit, Essential 1.5 and Premium 3. Credits do not expire and nothing renews on its own.
4. Your licence
Every image carries one royalty-free commercial licence. You may use it in print, web, packaging, advertising, film and social work, worldwide, with no time limit, including work you produce for clients.
5. What the licence does not cover
You may not resell or redistribute an image as a standalone file, register it as a trademark, or use it in a way that suggests a person shown in it endorses a product or view.
6. Payment
Payment is taken on our provider’s secure page. We never see or store your card details, and nothing is ever charged automatically.
7. Refunds
Credits already spent on an image cannot be refunded, because the licence has been granted. Unspent credits can be refunded within fourteen days of the purchase that created them.
8. Your data
We hold your name, email and purchase history so the account works and so we can issue invoices. We do not sell it. You can ask us for a copy or ask us to delete it.
9. Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to understand which parts of the collection get used. You can refuse the optional ones without losing the account.
10. Changes
If these terms change we will post the new version here with a new date at the top. Images you have already downloaded keep the licence they were downloaded under.
